Ingredients
1 pack of jalapeño and cheese sausages
Eggs
Avocado
Pickled Jalapeños
Feta
Baguette
Method
BBQ or grill the jalapeño and cheese sausages. While that’s on the go poach a couple of eggs, making sure they’re still runny. Mash together an avocado and some feta.
Assemble, it all in a lightly toasted or super fresh baguette. Enjoy!
